Refunds are only available for services that have not yet been initiated or delivered.

Refunds
- Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only available for services that have not yet been initiated or delivered. If the service has been started or completed, no refunds will be issued. This includes services such as Instagram likes, followers, views, or comments that have already been processed and delivered to your account.
- Refund Request Process: If you feel that a refund is necessary due to delays or issues in service initiation, you must contact our customer support team before the service is processed. Refunds can only be processed if the service was not initiated within the agreed-upon timeframe. Any refund requests made after the service has been initiated or completed will not be accepted.
- No Refund for Completed Services: Once your order has been fully processed and the service delivered, we are unable to issue any refunds. This is due to the nature of the services provided, which involve delivering real engagement and growth for your account.
Cancellation of Orders
- Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun. As soon as the service has been initiated, such as when we begin delivering followers, likes, or comments, the process is irreversible, and cancellation is no longer possible.
- Pre-Processing Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately before we initiate any service. Once the processing of your order begins, it cannot be canceled, and you will be subject to the terms of our refund policy as described above.
Exemptions
- No Refunds for Promotional or Free Services: If you have received free credits, promotional services, or trial offers, these services are not eligible for refunds. The same applies to services that have been provided as part of a limited-time offer or promotion.
- Violation of Terms: If your account has violated our Terms of Service or if the order was placed with the intent of fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to deny any refund or cancellation request.
We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing it, as once the service has started, it cannot be reversed.
